Beginning with the painstaking process of revision and refinement, metropolitan homes has worked closely with a select few of atlanta's most prestigious architects to develop their home plans. Each home built under Michael Shlomov's watchful eye easily surpasses construction standards for safety, durability and energy efficiency. Michael's philosophy is he'd rather over-build than leave anything to chance. More than one home inspector has commented that he wished more builders were as attentive to detail as michael. Building only 7 to 15 homes each year allows Michael & Marina personally supervise the construction at each step. It's never hard to find either of them; just drive by the construction site.This personal involvement in every project insures your home will be of the finest quality.

Our standard home features are considered "upgrades" by most builders, including custom designed kitchens, maple or cherry cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, pre-wiring for whole-house sound systems & computer networking, hardwood floors throughout the first floor, ceramic tile in all bathrooms, 9' and 10' ceilings, heavy crown molding packages and niches -- to name just a few. Even with all these standards, there are many decisions to be made by you that will make your house a truly custom home. With marina's three degrees in design, you will have help and support as you choose all the various elements bringing them together into a showcase home you'll be proud of for years to come.

continued customer service after you move in
Our final walk-through process is the most comprehensive one you'll ever experience. Even so, there may be a few items that need attention after you move in to your new home. Metropolitan Homes will not be abandoning you after closing. Punch list items are handled promptly and at your convenience. We'll also return at the end of your first year of homeownership to touch up things after initial settling. Each of our homes also comes with a comprehensive one-year builder warranty based on the standards set by the Greater Atlanta Home Builder's Association.
